粗選機

適用於雜糧穀物或豆類清選，可以踢除粗雜、細雜、及塵土。
例如：小麥、玉米、豆類、芝麻等。
Designed for screening and eliminating impurities and oversized contaminants from products such as wheat, corn, beans, sesame etc.

大小選別機
Size sorter
此機台是利用篩網將穀物、豆類做精細的大小分選。
在使用上不但操作簡單、容易維護、速度快、且準確度高，搭配選石機可完全去除石頭，提升成品品質。
Designed to separate grains and beans according to sizes using a sifting screen.
The benefits include simple operation, easy maintenance, fast speed and high accuracy. It can be used with a stone separator to completely remove stones and increase the quality of the finished product.

比重機368
Specific gravity separator
專用於篩選體積相同而比重不同的豆類或穀類，用來去除不良或未成熟豆類或穀類，例如：芝麻、紅豆、米、及種子…等。
篩選速度可依穀物顆粒大小及乾濕度進行調整並且有回料設計，建議搭配集塵器提升成品的品質。
This product is used to separate products (such as sesame, mung beans, rice, etc.) of the same size that differ in specific weight, so the immature and defective products can be separated.
The separation speed is adjustable to suit the required conditions of different materials. It features a recirculation design which assures the quality of separation. A dust collector is recommended to increase the quality of finished product.

磨光機
Polishing machine
適用於各種豆類，可將泥塊去除並使產品表面更加光滑。
可以單機使用也可以搭配整廠設備。
Suitable for all kinds of beans to remove clod and can smooth the surface of products.
It can be used as a stand-alone machine or can be used with whole plant equipment.

選石機
Destoner
利用比重原理將石頭及原料分離出來。
篩選速度可依照不同物料進行調整。
建議搭配集塵設備清除粉塵。
Using the principle of specific gravity, this product separates stones and raw materials.
The separation speed is adjustable to suit the required conditions of different materials.
It is recommended to use dust collection equipment to remove dust.

磁力選別機
Magnetic separator
適用於乾式原料，利用磁鐵將泥土、石頭、及其他含鐵類雜質去除。
磁鐵為永久性，選別時可利用變頻調整速度，以維持最高的精準度。
Magnetic Separator is suitable for dry materials, and specializes in removing soil, stone, and impurities containing iron.
The magnetism is constant and the frequency conversion can be adjusted accordingly during operation to maintain accuracy.

提升機
Carriage tape
適用於乾式豆類、種子及穀物的輸送。如：芝麻、咖啡豆、紅豆、小米等。
可單機使用、機動性強、低噪音、破碎率低、保養簡單、所佔空間小並且容易安裝。
Suitable for delivering dry materials, such as sesame, rice, coffee bean, etc.
It can be used as a stand alone machine with easy installation, high mobility, simple maintenance and occupies a small space.
集塵器
Dust collector
利用高壓噴氣持續將濾布上的粉塵震落以維持空氣流通。
濾布可以由外部進行檢視，並可由上方輕易地做更換。
使用IC控制系統，以確保集塵的穩定性。
Using an air jet to continuously dislodge the accumulated dust from the filter ensuring consistent air flow and thus greater overall efficiency.
The filter cloth allows for fast and efficient inspection and replacement from the exterior, access to the filter can be accomplished from the top.
The IC control system guarantees consistent dust collecting, designed to ensure minimum maintenance costs.
